Student Mentorship Programme – Engineers x Engineers by ICE HKA G&S

This programme aims to provide career planning support and networking opportunities to ICE student members who plan to enter the industry of civil engineering. In this programme, participants will be able to gain a more in-depth understanding of this industry through a series of sharing sessions prepared by passionate young engineers working in different civil engineering firms or organisations in Hong Kong. The details of the events are shown below:

 

Student Mentorship Programme – Engineers x Engineers

Date:             20 Jan 2018, 24 Feb 2018 & 21 Apr 2018

Time:             14:00 – 16:00 for all three sessions

Location:        TBC

Theme:          1. Roles and responsibilities of a civil engineer (20 Jan)

                     2. Essential skills for a civil engineer and job hunting tips (24 Feb)

                     3. Past-and-future (21 Apr)

Format:          Job-related experience sharing by young engineers and group discussion. Light refreshment will be served.

Please note that all participants are expected to join all three sessions and priority will be given to ICE student members on a first-come-first-served basis and walk-in participants would not be entertained.
