On 20 October 2016, Ir Prof. Y.L. Wong was invited by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor to provide a CPD seminar on “Damage Assessment on Reinforced Concrete Building after Fire Attack”. About 200 professionals attended this seminar. The contents of the seminar included the properties of concrete and steel under/after fire, the applicability and limitations of various test methods to assess the fire-damaged reinforced concrete buildings and the corresponding repair methods. |
