A student team from the Department of Civil Engineering of our College won the Champion Trophy in the Students Category of the Low-Carbon Concrete Trophy Competition 2022.
The competition was jointly organized by the Structural, Geotechnical and Materials Divisions of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) with the objective to raise the awareness and interest of stakeholders in the industry on the benefits of using low carbon concrete. All local tertiary educational institutions with relevant educational programmes, including HKU, HKUST, PolyU, CityU and THEi, were invited to form teams to participate in the competition.
